JET8 Social had the pleasure of sitting down with Victoria Gago, Co-founder of the European Blockchain Convention. Gago is also an Associate at AddVANTE M&A where she advises tech, retail and industrial companies.

With a global mindset, Gago has lived in Malaysia, Australia, UK, Spain, Luxembourg, and Denmark. In 2016 she founded Accelerate Network, an association for young female professionals to inspire young women to reach their full potential, empower upcoming talents and future female leaders. Amongst all her achievements Gago is also a blockchain guest speaker at Millionaire’s Club, a leading Denmark financial radio show.

Her view is that blockchain is still in its early days but in the next 18–24 months we will start to see the full potential of blockchain. Once individuals, retailers and brands start to see it active, blockchain will be adapted faster in these networks.

When asked about JET8 Technology, Gago views the platform as a place that provides users with more freedom to use their digital currency. According to Gago, it makes complete sense for content creators to be rewarded for their UGC. She says the JET8 network feels like teamwork between the brand and the user.
