This week at JET8, the positive growth continues with some exciting brand statistics and the launch of our first two APPaaS verticals. Read on to find out more.

The future of fan engagement has arrived

The first of JET8’s APPaaS verticals went live this week, with JET8 for Sports Clubs & JET8 for Cities. This signals a new era of community building through full stack mobile software that enables genuine and reciprocal engagement with customers, fans, and citizens.

Sports club members are avid social media users, consuming and creating a huge amount of content relating to their club on social networks. JET8 for Sports Clubs offers a way to reward fans for their organic engagement, and simultaneously increase club sales and exposure.

Likewise, JET8 for Cities will enable brands to connect with their local community of supporters and customers, creating new and unique commercial opportunities to increase sales and promote brands of all kinds.

Other APPaaS verticals in the works include: JET8 for Brands, JET8 for Celebrities & Influencers, JET8 for NGOs, JET8 for Film & Entertainment, and JET8 for Festivals. Watch this space!

‘Fotoku Footsoldiers’ spread the word in South Africa

Last week saw the launch of the latest Fotoku campaign, with a grass-roots army of ‘Fotoku Footsoldiers’ taking to the streets of Gauteng in South Africa. Their mission- to show ‘Selfie Lovers’ how everyday social media posts can transform into earning potential with the innovative Fotoku app.

Fifty of Johannesburg’s most prominent social media influencers were selected to share their in-depth Fotoku knowledge and encourage their friends and family to take advantage of the app’s wealth-creation opportunities.

With a passion for the product and a desire to share the word, the ‘Footsoldiers’ donned their Fotoku gear and took to streets, further fuelling the already impressive app adoption rate in South Africa.
