The JET8 Foundation partners with the Enterprise Ethereum Alliance
Today, the JET8 Foundation announced a partnership with the Enterprise Ethereum Alliance (EEA), the world’s largest open source blockchain initiative.
The JET8 Foundation supports the innovation of technology, and the building of communities through decentralized engagement networks. As a member of the EEA, the JET8 Foundation will collaborate with industry leaders in pursuit of ethereum-based enterprise technology best practices, open standards, and open-source reference architectures.
Victor Zabrockis, Board Chairman of the JET8 Foundation, highlighted the joint ambitions of the Foundation and the Alliance: “Both the JET8 Foundation and the EEA are dedicated to supporting the evolution of technology that empowers users with enhanced privacy, confidentiality, scalability, and security. The JET8 Foundation advocates decentralized engagement networks and the creation of valuable user-based communities using ethereum-based technologies, which the EEA is dedicated to developing. So, to connect with them is incredibly exciting, because we are on the same path, creating the future through innovation.”
With more than 500 member companies, the EEA membership base represents a wide variety of business sectors from every region of the world, including technology, banking, government, healthcare, energy, pharmaceuticals, marketing, and insurance.
Barça fans share the love with community app
The latest JET8 bespoke community app went live this week, this time servicing the active Barça Football team fan community. The new app, CulerFanCam, will connect FC Barcelona fans around the world, giving them access to the latest Barça stats, news, merchandise, and most importantly- fellow fans!
The app is another example of how global mobile communities can be brought together to celebrate and support their favourite team, brand, band, or cause.
