Chanel is opening its first stores in Israel

French fashion chain Chanel will soon open a store in the TLV Gindi shopping mall in Tel Aviv, as reported by Globes.

The new 80-square-meters store in the TLV Gindi shopping mall will be the first one to be opened. Following, Chanel will also open a store in the Ramat Aviv Mall.

The two stores will sell Chanel’s accessories and personal care products.

The French brand was brought to Israel by the Alpha group, managed by Ronen Shamir. The Alpha group indeed imports cosmetics from a wide range of brands, including Chanel.

According to Globes, Chanel’s sales totalled $9.6 billion in 2017, with an operating profit of almost $2.7 billion.
