Fattal to open co-working office space in Ra’anana

Fattal Holdings has rented two floors being built in Ra’anana. Only six months ago, Fattal announced that it would enter the co-working space sector.

As reported by Globes, the tower where Fattal rented two floors is built by Acro Real Estate in the northern industrial zone of the city.

The company has rented 3,500 square meters of a 10-floor office building which also has a commercial area on the group floor.

The rent will be NIS 60–65 per square meter per month in shell condition and 80 parking spaces at NIS 450 per square meter per month.

Fattal Holdings is also renting a co-worker space in Tel Aviv in Amot Insurance House on Begin Road. The goal is to offer co-working spaces near to the chain’s hotels.
