Israeli Technology Helped Effort to Save Thai Boys Trapped in a Flooded Cave
Maxtech Networks system helped the young boys to communicate with the outside world while trapped
Rescuers saving the Thai youth soccer team trapped deep inside a flooded cave are using an Israeli technology to maintain communication with the 12 boys and their coach.
As reported by The Times of Israel, the system of the Israeli company is providing a voice, data, and video link to the kids who have been stuck in the cave for almost two weeks.
The boys are aged 11 to 16 and accompanied by their 25-year-old coach. The team entered the sprawling Tham Luang Nang Non cave in the northern province of Chiang Rai after a soccer game on June 23.
Two British rescue divers found them on July 2, nine days after the whole team disappeared.
