The JEF Welcomes D20 Leader Program from Fondirigenti in Israel

The Jewish Economic Forum was honored to welcome the @D20 Leader from Fondirigenti in Israel for their October Bussiness Trip. 50 young cadets arrived hungry to learn about Israel’s highly developed businesses which created Israel as a global hub for innovation and prosperity.

The Fonderigenti is the Italian Management Confederation. In honor of their 20 years of activity, they decided to conduct and invest in a training course. In the aim to promote tomorrow’s leaders, the training course takes place over six months with two editions of 50 participants. Among the variety of studies across Europe, an additional visit was a one-week business tour in Israel.

The Study Tour in Israel conducted by the Jewish Economic Forum, led the team to discover the most important places of innovation, historically, culturally and technologically. Focusing on major themes of sustainability, digitalization, multiculturalism, values ​​, and ethical dimensions. 7 days in which all participants got to visit major international companies operating in Israel, as well as, local startups that have major success stories that contributed to shaping what is known as the startup nation. The study tour in Israel was an opportunity to delve into many issues related to innovation and new technologies and also to have an inspirational insight into the world of innovation.

The Jewish Economic Forum had the privilege of exposing the young cadets to the Israeli ecosystem, and confident that with the tools and knowledge they have acquired they will be able to implement it in their bright future.
