The JEF welcomes the 2020 D20 Leader Program from Fondirigenti

The Jewish Economic Forum was honored to welcome the second round of @D20 Leader from Fondirigenti in Israel for their Bussiness Trip.

The Fonderigenti is the Italian Management Confederation. In honor of their 20 years of activity, they decided to conduct and invest in a training course. In the aim to promote tomorrow’s leaders. The training course takes place over six months with two editions of 50 participants. Among the variety of studies across Europe, an additional visit was a one-week business tour in Israel.

50 young cadets have arrived hungry to learn about Israel’s highly developed businesses which created Israel as a global hub for innovation and prosperity.

The cadets were fascinated to explore the Israeli market, by visiting company excellence and meeting several successful entrepreneurs that shared their personal story.

The Business Tour discovers Silicon Wadi and allows the cadets a deep understanding of the Israeli cultural, economic and institutional reality from which to draw inspiration and acquire new perspectives and concrete skills for prosperity. The delegation had a busy week in Tel Aviv, Haifa & Jerusalem, and was divided between company visits, meetings, and culture.

Within 7 days, the group visited 5 companies (Wix, Netafim, Carbyne, Moovit, MyHeritage), one of the most exclusive innovation centers in Tel Aviv to discover the Origins of Israeli High-Tech ecosystem, 2 lectures introducing the Venture capital industry & a lecture about what it means to be an entrepreneur, a 3-hour workshop on the fundamental characteristics of the Silicon Wadi: innovation mindset & start-up management. Additionally, the group had a weekend of leisure and touristic tours in Jerusalem, Tel Aviv & Haifa. The meetings were held in Italian and English.

It was a successful week, The Jewish Economic Forum is looking forward to the future upcoming delegations arriving soon.
