We did it.

The High Line

Each team delivered and presented a project that focused on different strategies to engage museum audiences. While our group was prevented from following through on our data survey, we uncovered a lot about what seemed to be missing from our own visitor experiences at the museum.

Overall I think that with so much emphasis on digital in museums, I have come to realize that, as some of our hosts pointed out: digital is not a replacement for services, but rather an integration and solution that runs in tandem with excellent exhibitions and programs. For most museums, a significant digital investment will not ‘work’ without programs in parallel.
