Today was quite the adventure!

I enjoyed our guest speakers this morning and our catered lunch, thanks David, but I was especially appreciative that we were let go early. Pretty glad I am staying in Mid Town super close to todays meeting spot, I wasn’t looking forward to making the journey back here from Cooper Hewitt in the snow…

Free time = working on our survey

It was pretty appropriate that today’s topics were on climate change with it being the second day of spring and this crazy storm ascending upon us.

Of our three guests I was more drawn to the Climate Change Museum, It’s obviously an important topic that is heavily discussed but many people are unfortunately not very well versed on. Something that is particularly interesting to me is their growth and their journey to finding a permanent building and establishing themselves. It’s a testament to their cause and following that they have been able to successfully do pop-ups and exhibitions without being in an traditional museum building, it’s incredible.

These little SMART cop cars really make me laugh! Totally not relevant..
