Just as you can feel “out of synch,” you can feel in synch. We encounter many pleasant coincidences daily. A teensy example might be realizing you have something in common with someone you don’t like all that much. This parallel experience still counts. Or, you might have a lingering, nagging question and then a song on the radio — or someone standing next you in line — “coincidentally” answers it for you.

But if you feel negatively triggered by a coincidence or feel it’s inconsequential, then you don’t make more, because you don’t notice.
