In the beginning of 2016, we determined to rebrand JIVER as SendBird to leap forward in the global market more aggressively.
The year 2015 was a very successful year for us, with the customer base growing by 10% per week. The reasons for JIVER’s rebranding into SendBird are to build leading brand equity that’s more compatible to its messaging area and to broaden its customer base in the global market.
