So I read the article and even watched a video on this situation to better understand what was going on. Personally from the start I don’t like “YouTube” families who document everything and exploit their children or family for money or fame. When I heard the family adopted the child from China with autism and he was all over their channel and her channel got a huge spike in revenue from her adoption journey series I already got red flags. The problem with this situation is I don’t feel like this family was ready for what it takes to adopt a child let alone one with a special need. Im sure it sounded good in their heads and they thought in would boost their channel numbers. I believe they used this little boy for subscriber gain and didn’t treat him the same as their biological children. Complaining about him throwing fits and making him go to bed hours earlier then the other children. It almost seemed as everything Huxley did was frowned upon while her other kids were always let off the hook. I was disgusted when I found out she gave away the child. She adopted this child for views which she stated that her channel took off after Huxley, and when the going went tuff they quit and gave up. They gave away the child to another adoption home. The trauma this child has had to go through is horrible. From one country to a completely different one and then right back up to the adoption center is terrible and I hope more people sit back and realize how important taking care of a child really is.
