Making your visitors happy is good business
A big part of why Visionect’s JOAN exists is the underlying notion that it is important how your customers/visitors perceive you.
Are you trustworthy? Are you tech-proficient? Are you successful? Are you professional?
It shouldn’t come as a secret that answering yes to all of these questions is important. It starts with first impressions, so your office is important. Nobody is going to rely on somebody who’s not capable of keeping his house in order.
So we wanted to measure the business impact of adding JOAN to your rooms.
The recently launched Warm Welcome, a feature which sends your visitors an email containing useful information about their next meeting at your house (meeting organizer, internal location, contact information, map), was a handy candidate.
How we did it
People attending the meeting had to fill out a simple NPS-style questionnaire, rating the meeting 1–10 and assessing how well the meeting went.
The tests ran for two months, with 237 meetings in total, with a random sample of meetings using the Warm Welcome feature. The data was compiled and an NPS score was calculated.
The outcome: More sales
The results were impressive. We saw a 21.6% increase in meeting quality where the Warm Welcome notifications were sent out.
At the same time we saw an 8.5% increase in Visionect’s direct sales.
Most of the deals are still open, so we can’t judge the final outcome, but early results sure look promising. Right now we’re chalking another one to common-sense: Making your visitors happy is good business.
