“The customer is always right” is experiencing a revival. Customers are actively demanding that companies pay heed to their opinion. They are reaching out by themselves through less traditional channels like social media and customer communication platforms, voicing their opinion and sealing the deal right then and there.

Companies like Visionect that drive their development based on customer feedback are experiencing success and unparalleled growth. By incorporating feedback customers give freely and inviting them to say more, firms are able to deliver user-friendly, people-centric products that align with real company workflows. The aim is to create products that fit.

Adapting to your customers, listening to what they’re saying, that’s key. With Joan we continue to seek out and build on that conversation. — Matej Zalar, Visionect CEO

That is the logic behind Visionect’s new Joan Collection. It includes three brand new devices — Joan Assistant, Joan Manager and Joan Executive — to guarantee every office finds the perfect fit for the way they work. Each device includes its own set of functionalities that align with different workflows for companies of different profiles.

Joan Assistant is a non-touch display designed for companies that intend to book remotely and who above all want to show basic meeting information and keep track of room status. The display acts as a signal board with key meeting information that streamlines meeting room booking in any office.

Joan Manager is the perfect choice for more dynamic teams that would like to book on the spot as well as remotely, pull up meeting schedules at the door and receive key meeting insights that improve the way they work. The touchscreen display takes room booking into the digital era and enables teams to book meeting rooms in a number of ways with ease.

The third option, Joan Executive, has been created for clients with stricter corporate policies, additionally safeguarding user data with advanced Wi-Fi encryption. This premium product includes all of the currently available Joan functionalities and features.

The new collection is demand driven and built on customer feedback. Matej Zalar, Visionect CEO, stated: “Adapting to your customers, listening to what they’re saying, that’s key. With Joan we continue to seek out and build on that conversation. An investment in customer relationships grows our business and gives us the edge to stand out.”

Joan’s development has been influenced by customer feedback from its early beginnings. Before introducing our product to the wider public in March, we launched a B2B Early Adopters Program, one of the rarest of its kind. Some of the largest organizations in the world, among them Microsoft, Hyundai, Greenpeace, Dreamworks, The Huffington Post and Dell contributed with their insights to enhance Joan’s functionality and features and helped create a product that has been recognized with the 2016 Red Dot Award for best Product Design and the 2016 CES Innovation Award.

We’ll keep more articles like this coming. And some behind the scenes as well!
