So this is my review, or commentary, on The SufferFest’s Eating to Suffer food plan which compliments their cycling training plans. It’s not the full insight so don’t get to excited. I still think you should purchase a plan and the food plan PDF. Never the less I cover off what I did, how I approached the food and then give a bit of a cheat sheet for how to pick the right food to match the rides. Let me know what you think in the comments. — — — — — — — — — — — — — — Music — — — — — — — — — — — — — — Lakey Inspired — http://ift.tt/1NaJ5Fw — — — — — — — — — — — — — — My Gear — — — — — — — — — — — — — — Cameras: Canon 600D, GoPro Hero 3 silver, iPhone 6 Plus Edited in FCPX, Virb — — — — — — — — — — — — — — Connect — — — — — — — — — — — — — — Strava — http://bit.ly/lkd_strava Instagram — http://bit.ly/lkd_instagram Medium — http://bit.ly/lkd_medium twitter — http://bit.ly/lkd_twitter facebook — http://bit.ly/lkd_facebook
