Here’s how you can buy CVL tokens now:
1. Place your order
Go to civil.co and select your desired CVL token purchase value:
- Participant ($10 to $999)
- Contributor ($1,000 to $9,999)
- Benefactor ($10,000+)
You will also be asked to provide:
- Your first and last name
- Your email address
- Your phone number
2. Complete your transaction
If you want to spend less than $10,000, we’ll show you how to buy CVL tokens with an electronic check and no transaction fees. You’ll need your online banking information and phone handy for authentication in order to complete the transaction.
If you want to spend more than $10,000, we’ll show you how to buy CVL with a direct wire transfer. Please note that most banks charge a $25 fee for wire transfers. You will receive a confirmation email from Civil when we receive your funds.
Civil will distribute your tokens after the close of the token sale on October 15, and also send an email confirming that we sent your tokens.
3. Finish your registration
In order to receive your CVL tokens, you’ll need to complete the following steps:
- Verify your identity and intent to properly use CVL tokens on Token Foundry.
- Complete a short questionnaire on Token Foundry to show you understand how to store and use your CVL tokens.
- Install a wallet (we recommend MetaMask) and confirm your wallet address. This is where we’ll send your CVL after the token sale ends.
