URGENT JNTR/b NEWS ANNOUNCING DECENTRALIZED FLEX STAKING

Jointer recognized after launching JNTR/e with the BOGO structure that JNTR/b also needed to have a decentralized mechanism that gave users increased utility for holding the JNTR/b token rather than just to sell, swap, and trade. After exploring farming solutions with decentralized exchanges and AMMs, Jointer saw that farming solutions on these rather new sites left users at risk and left JNTR/b dependent on potentially centralized entities for utility rather than being able to stand on its own.

In order to provide incentive to hold JNTR/b, Jointer will implement a DeFi staking contract directly into the token providing flexible staking rewards without having to farm, just by holding the JNTR/b. Now for holding JNTR/b, investors will receive more JNTR/b minted and sent to their wallets on every Binance Smart Chain block which is around 3–5 seconds.

JNTR/b holders will be able to hold their JNTR/b in any decentralized wallet or through approved Centralized Exchange Partner wallets to earn more JNTR/b every few seconds. The starting APY is 10% and will be a votable percentage in the Jointer DAO.

In order to build these capabilities into the smart contract, Jointer is issuing a recall on all JNTR/b for the new JNTR/b. Jointer understands the hardship and is offering incentives for quick swaps.

NB All pre-minted JNTR will continue to be restricted from the new JNTR/b.
