The meaningful Constellations

Like it or not, the world is changing. Meaningless brands and companies fade away. Embracing meaningfulness and transparency is a matter of staying relevant to customers, suppliers, shareholders and employees. A new age call for new solutions. This is the foundation of the Extreme Business Makeover.

If you have read my previous posts on the process of creating an Extreme Business Makeover, then you know it’s a fast, fun and kick-ass effective strategic development event. A pop-up business super transformer. It’s an antidote to strategic thinking as being slow, incremental and on the border of sent to sleep serious and boring.

This was the alpha version. However, some caution was presented to me. I should remember, they say, that CEO’s are cautious types, they don’t like shock therapy much and organisations in general are up to here (holding my hand under my nose) with change and transformation. (I still believe they are exaggerating though, not all CEO’s are that conservative).

Fair points though, although the whole point with the Extreme Business Makeover is that it’s not implementing changes, it’s just not letting these mind blocks get in the way of creating a disruptive blue print for how a company can become really meaningful very quickly. Letting in a breeze of fresh air of meaningfulness, poetically speaking.

But what if we could make it even better.

Let’s say the Extreme Business Makeover leads to a solution of meaningful value creation without the company have to change at all. No transformation, simply becoming more meaningful through being exactly the way the company is right now. What if you could address issues and values beyond your current reach without actually changing anything in your own business model.

Yes, this is possible! I have a tool for that. I call it Constellations. You know like the Gemini, Leo or the Big Dipper — their meaning is more than a sum of stars. They are meaningful because we perceive them to produce a pattern without the individual stars have to do anything, except for shining.

In short — your brand and company can become more meaningful by shining in a Constellation. And by using an Extreme Business Makeover you can get there quickly and effortlessly. Now how’s that for a pleasurable solution?
