The Extreme Business Makeover is starting to take form. It’s a pop-up business super transformer (say that out loud to yourself, it sounds pretty cool). The team is coming together (but maybe you are the piece to the puzzle that is missing), the framework is being tried out and luckily I’m getting a lot of encouraging responses from the most brilliant people. From a traditional business common sense we should prepare everything for a big launch.

But this is not business as usual. Far from it. Built on the super simple Heart, Body & Aura business development model, constructed to be fast, fun and effective when helping our client organisations to become more meaningful, genuine and transparently attractive to all stakeholders. Straight away if you want to. Meaningfulness is dearly needed, and too many businesses and brands just aren’t meaningful enough and this is a tool to help you.

So instead of preparing for a big kaboom, I’m walking the talk and showing you where I am in the process. The Extreme Business Makeover is built on two basic assumptions. One, that great solutions often happen by a fluke, so we should enable more flukes. Two, the old insight that creativity is new combinations of existing things. This is why diversity is important and the Heart, Body & Aura model is based on this, encouraging people from different professions to contribute from diverse perspectives.
