When you love to daydreaming, then you would allow yourself to noticing.

Some people trynna seek their own solace by their kind of coping mechanism. If you often do something that make you feel sense of joy when you’re doing it and you love to do it, that’s how you find your own coping mechanism. No matter how hard or ridiculous that thing is, you still put the purest affection when you do it. Some people have different kind of obsession. Thus, theres some of people who loves to spend their each day just to daydreaming. Probably, it’s my another kind of coping mechanism after writing.

When you have nothing to do or even when you’re in the middle of your hectic day, just take several minutes to enjoy the surroundings and daydreaming. Turn off all of the noise thoughts that buzzing in your head. Let it be empty at least for 5 minutes. Let go all the things that makes your heart seems heavy. Every single things that you might worry of, fear of, or even drains you.. Give a little break of 5 minutes for yourself to rest from the heavy things that hanging there with you for such a long time.

Just daydreaming and throw away all the thoughts that makes you overwhelmed for 5 minutes.

Giving yourself a little time to break once a day won’t making you seems unfair to live. It is truly fair enough that you own your time to recognize things back again, to re-organized things, to re-charged your energy back after you loss it in a day. It’s your own body, not anyone else. When you’re allowing yourself to do nothing, yet just stare at something without any thoughts left in your mind. Not trying to left it behind, but try to re-boot from all of those things for a while.

5 minutes to noticing what’s happening around you..

5 minutes to daydreaming of something that can make you happier..

5 minutes to shut all of your brain off from any kinds of thoughts that you’ve been thinking of..

5 minutes to sit down and just listening to your favorite tracks..

5 minutes staring at the beautiful trees that you passed by..

And other kinds of 5 minutes that you can take for resting your own body and mind from real life things. You can choose your own coping mechanism. It’s nice to have something to do as your place to hide from the sickening reality. To find your own solace. To find the new part of yourself that still need more to dig down. To find the constant smallest happiness that you might didn’t realize. To search any kind of small-comfort place for you to escape for a little time of moment. To consumed your solitude by something that you’re really adored or loved to without feeling wasted to do it.

When you love to daydreaming, you might dare to live your life bigger than what you’re dream of. You’re carrying those dreams within you.
