There’s Just Too Much Hate, but Why?

Much like the saying ‘light cannot exist without darkness’, love and hate are considered entangled. To experience love is to experience hate.
This is just how our world works, as believed by many: balanced!
But if we are to follow this logic, wouldn’t it be cruel to justify all the sufferings and horrors that hate has unleashed upon us as simply parts of life? Especially if we consider how hate is so overloading nowadays, is this argument really all we have for comfort?
We have two ongoing wars. One is rooted in anti-Semitism and the feud between religious powers over Jerusalem and its surrounding region while the other is rooted in the rivalry between Russia and the Western bloc.
How many souls have suffered from these hatreds that are so massive? And we haven’t even counted the other armed conflicts and civil wars happening around the globe.
Let’s tone the question down to something more relatable now. How many hate crimes and discriminations and prejudices exist upon this world?
