What Constitutes As Trauma?

Perhaps much more than we once thought

I used to associate Post Traumatic Stress Disorder and trauma in general almost exclusively with those who had fought in wars and saw friends die, victims of assault, and sexual assault. I wouldn’t say I was naive, just uneducated and inexperienced in life as a whole and what it can do to a person’s mental state.
