Girls of Alpha Delta Pi and house mother, Renee, take tickets to their philanthropic barbecue, which supports the Ronald McDonald House.
(L to R) Emma, Ms. Renee, and Sarah discuss how to proceed when the cooks run out of food.
The girls make a team effort to pack to-go plates for contributors who cannot sit and eat. They picked to work in the back room so they could hang out casually and still help their sorority raise money.
Kate Tilly, Madison Stevens, and Hailey Borek worked the final serving shift. Kate closes her eyes when she grabs the chicken because she worries about grease splashing in her face.
Madison loves Mac N Cheese, so she decided to serve that! She said her two favorite things are Alpha Delta Pi and Mac N Cheese!
Kyle Turner, Christina Harris, and Brooke Shields finally found somewhere with good selfie lighting! The three have been close friends since they joined the sorority.
Sarah Cohan and Casey Ray discuss the upcoming election with friends over cold lemonade.
Students discuss how Alpha Delta Pi’s philanthropy events help ease the burden of families with sick children through the Ronald McDonald House.
Cody Letchworth sat with strangers because strangers are just friends you haven’t met yet!
Clara Frye got a laughed when Katie McCoy tripped and almost threw her plate at Frye by accident. McCoy recovered just in time to gracefully hand Frye her plate.
Clara Frye volunteered to help with dishes for the entirety of the event. She was never without a smile on her face!
Amanda Finn and Lyla are worn out after so much playing at the Alpha Delta Picnic! Sorority functions usually entail a few dogs so as to entice dog lovers to attend the event!
Lydia spent the whole event getting Tank not to eat the barbecue!
Foreign exchange student Jessica Dowie snaps a picture of her ADPi sisters at the makeshift photo booth she helped put together.
Paige Porter and Katie McCoy pose for pictures at the end of the event right before cleanup. The “photo booth” was up all night and saw a lot of traffic. Many people came to the event for the social media posting opportunity, and the decorations were a hit on Instagram!
