Williams library on campus preparing to talk about his training experience experience for this years annual Tough Mudder 2016.For Malone, both daily hydration and a well managed diet are essential aspects of his training process.After moving to a quieter location at Paris-Yates Chapel, Malone speaks about his reasons for wanted to compete in the race before he has to run off to class.Although Andrew himself has never run a marathon, he is beginning by racing in the Alpha Tau Omega philanthropy event 5K this coming weekend.To help gage is progress towards his goal, Malone invested in a Fitbit, this device helps track his daily steps, heart beat, and monitor his sleeping even when he’s not training.
