Maddie Smith, 23, is the event manager for MIllerCoors company in Oxford, MS. This company is under a larger organization known as Team Enterprises, where individuals that are 21 and older promote different alcoholic beverages.
Maddie’s job requires her to complete a multitude of tasks. One part of her job is to check the receipts from every event that is worked to make sure no one over charged the company, and to keep track of the company’s spending.
Each week Maddie organizes every brand that the staff promotes to ensure sure everyone is well equipped with all of the give away items. Different brands feature various items from portable chargers, to t-shirts and coasters.
Smith’s employees fill out a recap, as known as a review after each event that is worked. It must be reviewed and revised by Maddie in order for the workers to receive pay checks.
Maddie creates the schedule each week and sends it out on Sunday evening. The schedule starts on Tuesday and goes through Saturday, and includes the different venues located on the square each night.
