As a technology journalist, a big part of my job is to follow the current events in the tech world and help my readers to understand what is coming next. Given how technology effects almost every aspect of our lives, it’s critical to understand the challenges and opportunities that come with new inventions, products or services.

Computers, internet, social media, and smart phones have reshaped our world thoroughly. There is no doubt!

And now a new technology is brewing: Virtual and Augmented Reality.

But do we really know if VR & AR is a hype or if it is a major trend that will shape the next generations’ lives?

There is already a great flow of information about this new tech area, but the current picture is still too complicated for manufacturers, content creators and the end users.

The unknowns outnumber the knowns. VR & AR is still a very complicated topic for the general public, let alone the decision makers.

This is a problem that needs to be solved.

Introducing a new VR & AR information source: HAPTICAL

Today, as part of my 2016 Tow-Knight Entrepreneurial Journalism project I am launching Haptic.al

Haptical is a weekly tech newsletter dedicated to deliver news, data and insight about virtual and augmented reality market.

During the beta phase I will curate the top news from the VR & AR industry, share with my readers in the simplest way, help them to get informed, connected and inspired with each other through stories, information and market analysis.

This is a new journey into the future world. If you’d like to take a part you can follow Haptic.al on Medium and share with your network.

Here is the first newsletter: https://www.getrevue.co/profile/thehaptical/archive/13208

Are you a VR/AR startup founder, inventor, manufacturer, producer or developer? Find me on Twitter, Facebook or LinkedIn. I’ll do my best to share your story and help you connect with others.

Thank you!
