Best nightclubs in Saigon

You can find a bunch of epic nightclubs on the Bui Vien — Walking Street in Saigon.

There are various pub crawls which are as cheap as $1 for ladies and $3 for guys which take you to 3–5 pubs on the walking street through the night. You get one shot at each of your spots. It’s a cool way to make friends on these pub crawls.

I did my own pub crawl when I was in Saigon. This is my go-to list:

• Republic — The music was insane. They played songs from top charts to even classic songs like Titanic. What was drool-worthy was that there were skimpily clad duo (male and female) dancing on the stage, rocking to these numbers.
• Ocean — The disco lights in this club was what attracted me to this place. The price was on the higher side. They even charged us 3000 VND for tissues, but a nice place to dance. If you’re sweating profusely, you’ll love the aircon flow at this place.
• Sahara — This place was a part of a hostel, so most of the crowd was the one staying in-house. The alcohol was decently priced. The DJ (who was a lady)was really bringing the party on.
• THI- This was such a pretty sit down pub. The music was awesome and it was the perfect place to start our night with.
• 86 Pho — This was a rooftop pub. Loved the ambiance of this place. We sat by edge on the terrace and we could see a brilliant view of the entire street.

There are a lot of other pubs as well — which have live music, rappers and fire dancers on street. Checking out Saigon nightlife should be on everyone’s list. It is LIT!
