WEEK 8: OJT Learning Experience (October 21–25, 2019)
This eighth week of my OJT starts with the posting of individual schedule (shares) for the department of PEO-CM, MOTORPOOL, PVS and ICU from September 2019. Sometimes on our coffee break, Sir Bhenz, Ma’am Loids and Ma’am Mahan treated us with some good food and had a great talk while watching the “Kadenang Ginto”.
In this week, Sir Bhenz is planning to have a birthday surprise for Ma’am Loids that will be celebrating her birthday that week. We decided to go early at the office to decorate and prepared some foods for Ma’am Loids birthday surprise.
So, our birthday surprise went well according to the plan. I was so anxious that time because I needed to lie to Ma’am Loids in order to make her go to the office that day. She was shocked, surprised, overwhelmed, amazed and every emotion ran though her in a matter of a few seconds. After that, I walked towards to her to apologize for lying earlier and explained the situation why I needed to lie to her. The party went well as Ma’am Loids can’t contain her happiness that day. She was thankful to us especially to the ACEMPC Family.
