Today my lunchbox was easy and very flavory. Here’s how to make it.

Cook easy curcuma bulgur in a pan in the pilaf style: put one glass of curcuma in the pan, cover with one glass of warm water with one spoon of curcuma. Cover and let it cook at low flame until the water has completely absorbed. In the meanwhile, prepare the other ingredients. Three-four spoons of white beans, five-six tomatoes, a handful of parsley previously washed and minced. Don’t forget the bulgur. Blend everything with a spoon and season with extra virgin olive oil and a sprinkle of lemon juice.

Much easier if you already have bulgur and beans from yesterday night :-)

EnJOY.
