Wholegrain Christmas panettone cake with raisin and pine nuts

This is a Christmas recipe from my hometown, which I recommend here in its vegan version.
Mix 500 g of wholegrain flour with 150 g of brown sugar and 125 g of soy butter. Add some soy milk, 100 g of raisin, 50 g of pine nuts and a bag of baking powder. Mix well with a spoon and with your hands. Cook in pre-heated oven at 180 degrees for 50–60 minutes. Let it sit for one night.
