Open Metamask. You can choose to either create a new account or import an existing account. (Account used for MyEtherWallet or Imtoken)

Basics for Metamask:
1、Edit the name of your wallet:
click on edit and type in the new name. For my wallet I used H01.
2、0xc099D….. is the address for your ETH account
3、0.005669ETH is the amount you have in this account
4.28 USD is the dollar equivalent
4、SENT : displays the transaction log when using Metamask (previous transactions for imported accounts will not be shown here)

Tokens : displays the name and the corresponding amount for each token in your account. You will need to select ADD TOKEN to display this information.

Paste the contract address for this token. Token Symbol and Decimals of Precision will be entered automatically. Click on ADD to finish.
