National Volunteers Week Greetings

On 8 May 2017 our registrar at the JP Branch, Damien Mealey, was prompt in his message of thanks to the volunteers of JPs in the Community (JPC) at the beginning of National Volunteer Week. As a busy JP this type of thanks is always much appreciated.

The message was significant in that it highlighted two significant upcoming developments which will be welcomed by all JPC members:

1. JP Branch is developing a new JPC Newsletter specifically for the program volunteers. Importantly, the newsletter will have a Q and A section where volunteers can write in questions and receive an answer, published in the newsletter.
2. An online statistic collection tool for every JPC site upcoming at the beginning of June. Volunteers will now see consistent statistical information for each site.

Good motivation all round.
