New voting is open!

Considering your feedback from how the voting was done in previous years, we’re changing the rules a bit - instead of 1 on 1 battles in rounds, you will be open to freely vote on any, and hopefully all, of the games submitted this year.

Visit dev.js13kgames.com - you should be able to log in via your GitHub account, and then proceed to play and judge all the games you can. Make sure to leave constructive feedback of what went good and what could’ve been improved to your fellow devs, if you’d like to receive the same.

We’ve implemented the 5-star ratings for all the criteria, and the score is calculated based on the average of the sum of those. Voting runs for three weeks up until October 4th, 13:00 CEST, and the winners will be announced the next day in the evening of the same time zone during our online Awards Caremony.

Don’t forget the experts will also leave feedback on your entries! We’ve assigned every expert with around 24 randomly selected games, so given the amount of games will mean every game should receive three comments from random experts. They can of course provide their feedback to more games if they have time though.

Entries submitted to the Unfinished category, as mentioned earlier, won’t be judged at all. All the games submitted to the extra categories though: WebXR, Web Monetization, and Decentralized have their own judges, which will pick the winners by voting as well.

Ps. Keep in mind this is more of a first prototype than a full-blown voting app - if you find any issues please let us know, thanks.

Now go vote!
