Printed and shipped 2019 t-shirts

Every year we’re creating a new js13kGames t-shirt design which is then printed and shipped to the winners worldwide for free, and 2019 was no different.

Some say giving away event-related t-shirts is not trendy anymore, and in the best case scenario they end up as pajamas… Cool photos you all are sending to us says otherwise, so we’ll keep the tradition doing.

The design is purposely similar to the previous years as we’re going for the same vibe. My wife, who designs them, would probably go for something totally different, but I really like this style and want to keep it.

We’ve decided to have the t-shirt black, for the first time since… 2012. The very first one was created for the black material, but the design itself was… breaking some copyright laws, so we decided to replace it with a special edition, also on black.

Other than that, all the designs were various colors of the rainbow: red in 2013, green in 2014, violet in 2015, yellow in 2016, grey in 2017, blue in 2018, and now black in 2019. Seems we’ll have to go with different shades of the already used colors soon.
