Announcing JSConf India 2021
The biggest JavaScript conference is now coming to India — November 15 2021
If you are an avid JavaScript developer who likes to attend conferences and meetups, then you might have heard about something called JSConf. From the name itself you can probably figure out that it is a Conference about JavaScript.
JavaScript conferences are dime a dozen. But JSConf is so much more.
What’s JSConf?
JSConf is not just a conference, but rather an organisation of conferences! It is group of like minded developers who share the similar ideas about how a JavaScript conference should be organised.
Under the name of JSConf, there have been many different JavaScript conferences held across the globe. From Japan to USA, there are currently 17 JSConf conferences that are held almost every year.
Another thing that separates JSConf from other conferences is that they don’t completely focus on what’s popular in the world of JavaScript right now. But instead they like to throw a spotlight on something thats new and might disrupt the JavaScript ecosystem in the near future. For example, Deno.js was first announced by Ryan Dahl at JSConf EU 2018.
Organising a JSConf is not so easy. One cannot simply call themselves JSConf and start an event. There is a process to it!
Well we are happy to announce that our team has passed through this process and will be organising JSConf India 2021 on November 15, 2021!
Get Excited for JSConf India 2021!
Back in 2019, when we had concluded React India 2019, we made an announcement that next year we will be organising another event — JSConf India 2020!
But due to unforeseen global events, we had to put a hold on our plans until things settled down.
So now after a year long break, we are back with JSConf India 2021!
JSConf India 2021 is a one day event that going to be all about JavaScript. It’s going to be the perfect platform to attend exciting talks from our 20+ lineup of amazing speakers, as well as a great place to make new friends in the International JavaScript community.
We want to cover as many talks as we can in one single day. Hence, there will be two tracks of inspiring, motivational, and educational talks from 20+ local and international speakers.
While things are finally going back to normal after almost 2 years, we still want to play it safe. That is why this year’s JSConf India will be remote. We promise that despite being remote, we will do our best make it as fun-filled as we can.
We hope that JSConf India 2022 will include connecting with people in person, partying, all the other things that make up the essence of the JSConf experience.
Speak at JSConf India — Answer our Call For Papers
Are you working on a JavaScript library that you are really excited about and want to shout about it to the world? Or are you working some other side project that going to change how people do things? Or if you have found some exciting secret about JavaScript that you want everyone else to know.

Live Performances
JSConf is not just about talks about JavaScript, it also involves a lot of other amazing things.
We are extremely happy to announce that JSConf India will have a live performance by live:js
live:js is a “collective of audio and visual artists who build live experiences, shows and installations” using JavaScript. We will be having Tim Pietrusky, Sam Wray, and Sam Krutisch performing.
