Best Reviewers for JSS 2020
In the context of a journal, unlike a traditional conference, reviewers contribute substantially to the ultimate quality of papers that are published. Their often copious feedback is taken seriously and addressed. In many ways they become the secret co-authors of these papers and the best reviewers deserve recognition from the community. That is why today, like every year, we celebrate the best reviewers for JSS in the past year. These reviewers have each contributed at least 8 reviews, all of high quality, and thus have improved the quality of the papers that you will read and cite in the coming months and years. This is one of our favorite awards, as these selfless contributions represent the heart of our research community.
