2023 CSP-PO Quick Take-Away I

Even during the Lunar New Year Holiday, it’s still my learning day.

I join the CSP-PO training to learn more about Product Owner related knowledge. In the first class today, there are some quick takeaways:

• Designing a quick training for your stakeholders (people who work with you) is important. It will make them understand what you would like to talk about.
• 5C (Connection, Concept, Concrete Practice, Conclusion, Continue), we could follow these concepts to design a training or sharing.
• In the quick priority practice in the class, I act as a PO and design a quick priority mechanism for the group. It works within the short time limit but I could do it better because only consider the wish ranking. We could consider more points of view including business, cost, etc so that when other stakeholders challenge this decision, we could communicate with them smoothly.
• How to communicate with people of a different type?

Wow, just 3 hr-first-class, I have already had 4 takeaways! Looking forward to the following classes.
