Just Jot — new app alert
Continuing on the idea of simple, privacy first apps, we would like to introduce our newest app called Just Jot. Just Jot is a simple note taking, memo dropping, card grouping app.
Just like all other apps in the Just family, Just Jot is not bloated, with no ads and no tracking. It also uses iCloud to store your data, so your data is yours.
Some Features Include:
- iOS, iPad and Mac Support
- Create custom tags for your Jots to keep them organized
- Allow you to set up your preferred device to open specific lists (ex. using Just Jot on your work computer and having your Work tag set on open)
Why this app idea?
Just Jot aims to address three main issues. Firstly, the problem of losing or improperly organizing notes. Many apps complicate this process, requiring multiple apps for different topics. However, Jot simplifies this by allowing you to group and organize your notes effectively. Secondly, Apple does things well but somewhere along the line they tried to jam too many features into the Notes app and it has become bloated. Sometimes, all you need is a simple note like a PostIt or a short sentence. Lastly, with the busy nature of our lives, it’s easy to lose track of our thoughts. Just Jot helps by allowing you to jot down your thoughts and easily come back to them later. It serves as a helpful tool for everyone.
Why does it cost money?
Just Shopping is part of a new approach to developing apps for iOS with Privacy First. We have no pesty ads, no user tracking and we will always allow you full access to the app.
No surprises like in a couple of releases there is a subscription plan or something.
