My youngest daughter turned two today. I asked the older daughter what kind of party we should throw for the young one & she said ‘a balloon party’. I bought a pack of these smiley face emoji balloons, a balloon animal starter kit, & reused a leftover helium tank from a previous party. A party fun for all ages!
