We do understand everyone of you, who participated in all our Airdrops in the past., that you would like to know more in detail and some firm answer when you will receive your reward tokens. That’s why we would like to clear this once and for all.

OUR BEGINNING STARTED BACK IN 2019
Our project started back in 2019 and as a startup our first mission was to bring and provide enough funds to bring the project to IEO (initial exchange offering), where we would be able to raise enough funds to develop and finish what we planned in whitepaper at that time. Maybe many of you don’t know, but to bring a project to life and make a successful use case out of it, you need millions of dollars for developing and marketing purposes.
Our first private investments put us on the crypto map and everything was going in the right direction. After a cold shower from big exchanges, where you need millions of dollars to lunch IEO, we were again in a position, where we needed to decide what to do. We saw that there are many other exchanges that offer to launch an IEO with them for much less, but at the end, you also raise much less than on big exchanges. We saw this an opportunity to continue with our project, so we raised what was needed to make an IEO on BW.com exchange.
IEO on June 24th 2020 — BW.com exchange
IEO was set to start on June 24th 2020 on BW.com lunchpad platform. I will not go into details about what happened next as there is some sort of NDA behind and exchange rules that we need to follow, but all we can say, that the IEO at BW.com was a failure. We ended up without new funds to develop the project where we wanted to, so we were sort of »stuck« mode. But we did not give up and we continue to look for new solutions and ways to move forward.
Juiice RESURRECTION in 2021
In mid 2021, we teamed up with a young blockchain company here in Slovenia that is specializing in the NFT world. In our »stuck« mode, we got an idea to redirect our project to the NFT world, as we are a social media platform and it doesn’t get any better than becoming a social media platform for NFT’s with some extra twists.
We’re very grateful that this young and ambicious team accepted us and took us under their wings, to bring our project back to life in way of bringing us some fresh ideas and also bring our project to successful lunch of IDO, where we will raise funds again for our project, so we can finally create what we want and go next level.
With this team, we’re getting guys who know how tokenization works, they know how the NFT world works and what it is most important, they know how to successfully launch an IDO and also run projects after the IDO. This made our life easier and we can focus on our project more in detail.
So we can say with confidence that we got one of the best teams out there and our project is on a good path to become a startup success story.
WHEN DISTRIBUTION OF AIRDROP TOKENS (all airdrops)
So, for those who don’t know, we already did a few small airdrops back in 2019/2020. Distribution was promised after an IEO. But as we mentioned before, our IEO with BW exchange did not go well, so we needed to swallow up what happened and started to look forward as we are not giving up on this project! We’re very grateful to all airdrop participants and to all that are waiting patiently and also thank you to those who are not trusting in our project anymore. We are working hard to prove you the opposite and so your joy of getting your airdrop tokens will be even bigger.
After teaming up with a new blockchain team that knows the NFT world and knows how tokenization works, our plan was to launch JUICE IDO in early December. So we made another airdrop as there were a lot of chances for doing an IDO in December.
Plan to distribute airdrop tokens was right after IDO.
But as many of you know, the crypto market started to turn in another direction and made a big correction, which was not expected at that time. This is how this world works! You can hardly predict and know in which direction it will go. After the market trend went down, there was no point in making an IDO as it would not be as successful as we would have wanted to be. So it’s better to wait for better times. In the meantime, we are working on our app, developing new ideas and features that you guys will love.
So to answer a very popular question:
WE WILL DISTRIBUTE ALL AIRDROP TOKENS AFTER SUCCESSFUL LAUNCH OF IDO!
We will distribute ALL airdrop tokens, that means airdrops from 2019, 2020 and 2021. We would like to ask you one more time, to be patient as this time, we’re confident and have a good team behind that knows how to launch a successful IDO. For successful IDO, we need good timing and positive market trend. Right now, the market recovered a bit, but we still need some more confirmations that we are in sort of a »bullrun« mode and that’s when we will do the IDO. And that’s the right time to do it!
WHEN IDO?
Also, one of the most popular questions is when IDO will happen?
IDO was meant to happen back in December 2021, but unfortunately, the market trend went down and there was no point in doing an IDO as we would fail and we don’t want to fail. So we discussed and our final date of IDO lunch is 31. March 2022. But we might do it sooner. Depends on the market trend in the next month!
