The 7 Habits of Highly Effective People.

Hello! Recently, in an English class, we had a meeting with a professor from Chicago. He gave us an interesting and informative lecture “The 7 Habits of Highly Effective People.” Thanks to his charisma and an interesting topic, everything went fun and informative. And each statement was supplemented by an example, which made everything much more clearly. It’s also an English practice. After all, he speaks American English and this is his native language.

And now a little about habits.
- The first is to be proactive.
Assume responsibility for your life. Recognize you choose how you will respond to stimuli. Exercise initiative.
2. Begin with the End in Mind
- The need for visualization
- The need for self-awareness
- A personal mission statement
3. Do First Things First
«Time Management» is a misnomer, what we really need is Life Management.
4. Think Win/Win
3 Character Traits necessary: Integrity, Maturity, the Abundance Mentality.
5. Seek First to Understand, then to Be Understood
There are different levels of listening. Empathetic listening is the best.
6. Synergize
The truly effective person has the humility & reverence to recognize his own perceptual limitations & to appreciate the rich resources available through interaction with others.
7. Sharpen the Saw
I really think that it’s useful information to everyone. I AGREE WITH ALL POINTS. There is the book on this topic. You can read it.
