Last week, the nominees for the 9th Annual Shorty Awards were announced. James Charles is a YouTuber who expresses his eclectic style through makeup tutorials. He has started to have an upwards of 500,000 views per video with one even hitting over a million. His personality shines through in each video and his followers can expect entertaining content.

Mikey Murphy is a younger YouTuber with a variety of content showcasing his personality. His videos are comedic and entertaining each having its own topic. He is the star of the show on his channel and each video he is outgoing and engaged with his followers.
