Jur and Scidex recently announced a partnership. Scidex will use a custom API provided by Jur to access the Jur dispute resolution system. This empowers mainstream businesses to use smart contracts for all kinds of business transactions.
Jur will also offer contract creation features, so it might appear that the two projects are competitors. But Jur is primarily focused on bringing the power of blockchain to dispute resolution. By providing a flexible environment in which users can create custom Communities (formerly called Hubs) for resolving complex disputes that require specialized knowledge, the Jur Team aspires to provide the preferred solution for resolving disputes of all kinds. Our contract authoring system, on the other hand, is intended to be one of many alternatives. Consequently, we are happy to provide our dispute resolution system to any serious project that helps people make agreements and cooperate.
We anticipate that many more DAPPs and platforms will follow Scidex in choosing to partner with Jur.
