Me Time — You Need It Too!

For me — Coffee and ‘Me time’ — both are no less than a quick vacation.

Slow down and Enjoy life, you can’t rush a cherry blossom.

I have been sick for a while and still recovering and coincidently my work has also been hectic with lots of zoom meetings and strict deadlines.
My body and mind both were kind of exhausted and reached to its limit.

Somewhere I was craving for “me” time. Honestly, I never felt this way before.
As I am learning to navigate my new routine, I learned the need to pause and take a moment. All this while, I realized the importance of slowing things down and taking a much-needed break.

Make yourself a priority once in a while. It’s not selfish, it’s necessary.

We’re all busy. Whether it’s responsibilities at home or work, many of us focus so much on doing it all that we forget to focus on ourselves. But ensuring your health and happiness is critical.

You are constantly thinking about work, or worry that you’re not proving yourself or maybe you’re just caught up in the regular “life” tasks of paying bills, keeping a clean house, and managing the day-to-day hustle.
