Such great images of curiosity in action, Marijke. I love where you took us in a very short passage. Proof that powerful imagery and ideas can emerge from a few well woven vignettes — ”word rivers in a the desert, the senses, noticing, writing, noticing.”
I love the power of brevity, delivering so much in such a small space.
And it’s hard to ask for more to see and wonder about than when wandering about in the desert. The one pictured above was in New Mexico. Gotta love rocks balanced on rocks. Who put those up there, anyway?
