A Prayer To God

We want to defeat the fate and time
We love the life as it is now
No worries, no wars, no boundaries at all
These innocent games of hide and seek
And the stains of butterflies
On the palm of our muddy hands
No matter where we sit or hide
In a temple, church or mosque
Every vision clearer like a mirror
Every face known
We never fight for
Our houses on the sea shore
Because that is how we will learn,
to be mean about ourselves, and
leave others on their fate
No. We don’t want to grow up
Never! Never ever!
