So at the end of the day, dear human, the answer is always: You.

Questions matter far more than answers because it is in the questions that you find yourself.

Do not ask yourself whether it is true or not. Rather, ask yourself if it is helpful.

How much of your soul are you willing to sell for certainty?

Not everything has to be productive and efficient.

I am sorry your inner world holds so much pain.

Damn fine people. Participating in my purpose. Living in the grace of today.

Trying to be cool. Being ruled by fear. Postponing joy.

Real strength comes from tenderness.

Your relationships with others are mirrors back to your relationship with yourself.

Your numbness is just as sacred as every other emotion and sensation.

Your ego is the roundtable of children within you doing their very best to meet your needs.

Children are only ever asking one question, “Is it okay to be me?”

Shame is the misguided older sibling within you that tries to protect you from abandonment by instructing you to abandon yourself.

You’re juggling too many things. And nobody ever taught you how to juggle.

The void is the womb that births you into a truer version of yourself.
