Misery Birthing Creativity
More pain, more gain
do tell me the secret between
pain and creativity
i have never had a greater flow
until some anguish gutted me
it appeared the more the hurt
the more the words came forth
the snapping of the synapses
signaling pain inside the brain
was the same snap-crackle-pop
that made me write with no restraint.
