I’ve learned to set a small number of priorities every day. This practice reminds me I actually did do quite a bit each day.

It works even on days when I feel like I got nothing done. That’s most days.

As a entrepreneur, there’s always “something else” that can be done. I used to be my own worst boss in that way.

Now, once my priorities are done, my work is done for the day too. I can look back on the list of things I did.

This helps me disengage and be present with wellness-enhancing activities. This also prevents me from running the never-ending to-do list, endlessly through my consciousness!
